Licensed digital creative assets

We do not sell physical goods.

Therefore:

No shipping is involved
No physical delivery is provided
No customs, courier, or transportation services apply
All products are delivered digitally

SECTION 2 — ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that:

All information provided during checkout or account registration is accurate and current
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You will not share, resell, or transfer your account unlawfully

You must be at least the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction to use our Services.

SECTION 3 — LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

When purchasing an image or digital asset from Gigpix, you are purchasing a license to use the content, not ownership of the copyright.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

You may:

Use purchased images for personal or commercial projects
Use images in websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files
Upload images to competing stock image platforms
Claim ownership or copyright over purchased content
Use content unlawfully, misleadingly, or in prohibited industries

Gigpix retains all ownership and intellectual property rights unless otherwise specified.

SECTION 4 — PRODUCT VARIANTS AND DOWNLOADS

Certain products may be offered in multiple digital sizes or variants, including:

Small
Medium
Large
X-Large

Customers will receive access only to the variant selected and purchased during checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct file size before purchase.

SECTION 5 — PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to taxes where legally required.

Gigpix reserves the right to:

Modify pricing at any time
Correct pricing errors
Refuse or cancel suspicious transactions

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers integrated with Shopify.

SECTION 6 — NO SHIPPING POLICY

Since Gigpix only provides digital products:

No shipping services are provided
No physical items are dispatched
No shipping charges apply unless explicitly stated
Delivery occurs electronically through downloads, email, or customer access systems

Digital delivery is typically instant after successful payment confirmation.

SECTION 7 — NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital downloadable products, all purchases made on Gigpix are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or download access has been granted.

European Union consumer law exemptions relating to immediate digital content delivery

By purchasing from Gigpix, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You lose any applicable withdrawal or cancellation rights once digital delivery begins

- Change of mind
- Lack of software compatibility
- Failure to read product descriptions

However, if a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or substantially defective, customers may contact us for reasonable support or replacement assistance.

SECTION 8 — EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

By completing a purchase and initiating download access, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal.
